Click Registration in the upper right to begin registering player. 

After clicking the Registration button click the Create New Account button and that will begin the registration process. 

NOTE: Password must be 7 or 8 characters ONLY and must contain one upper case letter and one number.  

1. Team Assignment Code from Coach is REQUIRED
2. Player Photo REQUIRED. Photo must be current, must be a headshot (like passport photo). It MUST be clear and front view with eyes open. NO HATS OR SUNGLASSES.
3. State Issued Birth Certificate REQUIRED (Hospital birth certificates not allowed). Upload must be clear and LEGIBLE....DO NOT CROP...leave it HUGE
4. Medical Insurance Information REQUIRED. This information will be used for medical liability form.
